We will replace faulty drug tests. We ask that customers document the problem and contact us as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of the product, a certain percentage of all drug tests will have faults ( a single panel not displaying correctly, a label applied with extra glue), but customers should expect all their drug tests to be free from major problems, and 95% to be flawless. On orders of 10 or less we will replace all faulty tests pending photographic evidence. On larger orders document any faulty tests and contact us if you believe they are failing at a higher than acceptable rate. Our primary goal is your satisfaction, and we are confident that our resolution will exceed your expectations.
Our scrubs are currently marketed at an industry low price. The biggest issue with buying scrubs online is sizing. Even though we make every effort to provide sizing charts and explain the sizing differences between different lines of product, customers can never be sure if their scrubs will fit quite right until they try them on in person.
We will exchange or refund scrub orders one time per customer; return shipping must be paid by the customer, BUT Best Value Medical will pay for the replacement scrubs to be shipped back out to you. If we do not have your size in stock we will refund your payment after we receive the return.
Our Natural Uniforms brand Unisex scrubs are slightly larger than usual sizing conventions (if you wear a large, you may wear a medium or large). Our Ultrasoft scrubs are slightly smaller than usual sizing conventions (if you wear a large you could possibly need an extra large).
Important note about Scrub / Jackets / Garment Returns
- Items may be returned in store but MUST have a matching receipt/invoice. If you received a receipt through text or email, you must present the text or email to complete your in store return.
- Items MUST have original tags STILL ATTACHED.
- Items must show no signs of wear or damage (rips, tears, makeup stains, cigarette smoke, deodorant marks, dirt, animal hair, etc.)
- Socks and Underscrubs CANNOT be returned or exchanged. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
- Embroidered items CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless where a manufacturer defect is present.
ACON On Call Express Meters come with a 5 Year Warranty (Customer must complete the warranty card included with the meter and mail it to ACON). We ask that all our customers complete this warranty registration.
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, Best Value Medical guarantees the operation of your On Call Express meter for 1 year from the original purchase date. We will replace your meter with a new meter immediately to avoid waiting on the manufacturer’s resolution.
